Students will develop the skills to manage their own careers over their lifetime. Students will be able to:
- Identify their own strengths, interests, values (S-I-V)
- Identify how they are growing and improving their skills
- Identify a range of options available to them
- Describe their goals and priorities for their future
- Identify and participate in a Post CCR pathway prior to high school graduation that allows them to get a jump start on their career goals
